Dr. Victor L. He has served on Code Blue, Rapid Response, Clinical Competence, Transplant, and Simulation Committees, directly shaping institutional protocols, safety standards, and physician performance evaluation. This experience provides him with a deep understanding of how standards of care are developed, applied, and assessed in academic and community hospital settings.
